This year, WAX’s Spring Trip will be in Tokyo, Japan from March 4 -March 11, 2017. The main purpose of this trip is to learn more about the companies, internship opportunities, and culture in Japan. The industries we will explore include but are not limited to finance, technology, gaming, consulting, real estate, etc. In addition, there will be cultural excursions based on participants’ interests.
The trip is open to all Penn students in any of the four schools. Applicants do not need to know Japanese. Attend one of the two info sessions to learn more about the trip and the application process. For any further questions, feel free to email email@example.com

Join WAX, FDTIC, WCBS and AKPsi to learn about Andy Okun’s personal experiences working at Solomon Brothers Inc. and co-founding Watermark, a fixed income arbitrage group. Mr. Okun will give insight into the markets in which he invests, and into the hedge fund industry as a whole. Mr. Okun earned a B.S. in Economics summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 1981.

WAX’s Skim Resume and Interview Speed Dating Workshop is an interactive approach to maintaining this competitiveness. Seniors, including WAX alumni, will be skimming through resumes and providing constructive feedback individually, as well as participating in quick fit interviews with attendees to give advice on how to convey one’s interests.
