As the backbone of WAX, Financial Affairs Committee manages all WAX funds, solicit corporate sponsorship and conduct large-scale community service each year.While working collectively together on financial affairs of WAX, each member focuses on one of the three sectors. Externally, the committee represents WAX to umbrella organizations such as Wharton Council and Student Activity Council for funding. It also reach out to corporates for sponsorship of various WAX events. Internally, it manages WAX accounts and approves budgets for all WAX events. In addition, the committee conducts a large-scale community service for the entire WAX as a responsible student organization to improve the quality of life in Philadelphia community.
