WAX 2018 Portfolio Managers

Consumer Retail: Sophia Cen

Born and raised in Houston, Sophia is a member of Class of 2019 studying Finance and OIDD. Since dropping nearly all extracurricular commitments besides WAX, Sophia likes to spend her time listening to music both live and in her room, going to happy hour, reading novels, cooking dinners made up exclusively of vegetables (but is not a vegetarian), and enjoying a brunch with good Philly vibes. If you need help on your Tinder or Bumble bio, feel free to reach out to her at sopcen@wharton.upenn.edu.

Energy and Industrials: Conway Chen

Born and raised right outside of Philadelphia (where the playground was indeed where he spent most of his days), Conway is a junior studying Finance and Entrepreneurship in the Wharton School. Outside of WAX, he is involved in WUFC, VSA, and WUGS. He is interested in MMA and E-Sports but if you want someone to get a meal with and laugh while getting made fun of, feel free to reach him at chenco@wharton.upenn.edu.

Real Estate: Carol Chen

Originally from the beautiful island of Taiwan, Carol is a junior studying Finance, Real Estate, and Statistics in the Wharton School. Outside of WAX, she is actively involved in the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club (WUREC). So if you’re interested in real estate, or just want someone to brunch, play tennis, or go to a dance show with, feel free to reach out to her at carolcs@wharton.upenn.edu.

Special Situations: Parth Khare

Currently living in Connecticut, Parth is a junior studying Finance and Accounting at the Wharton School. Outside of WAX, he is actively involved in Penn Social Entrepreneurship Movement Consulting, Penn Wind Ensemble, and Wharton Investment and Trading Group. If you need advice, or just someone to get hot bubble tea with, go for a bike ride on the Schuylkill River Trail, or talk about tech and cars, feel free to reach out to him at kparth@wharton.upenn.edu.

Technology, Media, and Telecom: Nishant Agrawal

Originally from the Bay Area, California, Nishant is a junior studying Finance, Statistics, Computer Science and Math. Consumer Retail: Ernesto Rosales

Originally from the beautiful sunshine of Miami, Ernie is a junior studying Finance, Marketing, and Management in the Wharton School. Outside of WAX, he is actively involved in Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, Financial Literacy Community Project, and Wharton Cohorts. So if you’re interested in financial literacy, credit card churning, or hosting fun events or if you just want someone to brunch with – feel free to reach out to him at erosales@wharton.upenn.edu.

Healthcare: Leslie Wang

Leslie is a junior studying Finance, Statistics and Healthcare Management in Wharton. She is a PM of the Healthcare team and is passionate about healthcare economics and healthcare policy. Outside of WAX, Leslie is on the board of the Wharton Undergrad Healthcare Club, and is involved with Wharton Investment and Trading Group. In her free time, Leslie enjoys exploring restaurants around Philly, watching Friends and working out.

 Real Estate: Alexis Lee

Constantly missing her sunny hometown in Southern California, Alexis Lee is a member of the Class of 2019 studying Real Estate and Finance. In addition to being the WAX PM of Real Estate, Alexis is also the Co-President of Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club. Outside of school, Alexis enjoys hiking, camping, “experimenting” with food, and playing tennis. This year she is tired of eating her terrible cooking and has made it her goal to venture out to Philly restaurants. If you are interested in joining her adventures, reach out at alexiswl@wharton.upenn.edu.
