Contest Details

The case details will be released to participants within 24 hours of the registration deadline. The case will comprise of valuing an M&A deal involving two public companies which UBS’s Asia Pacific division has advised in the past. Each team is expected to come up with an Excel valuation model as well as a 3-4 page analysis of the deal, the assumptions involved, and other points of consideration. The final report should be in pdf format with the valuation model added as an appendix. The report should be submitted along with the Excel file containing the valuation figures. No late case submission will be considered by the UBS judges. Winners will be announced during the exclusive networking session with UBS representatives.

To enter, you must be an undergraduate student at Penn. Juniors and Seniors preferred.
